The Family Studio offered ample space, definitely more than a typical hotel room, with good kitchen equipment that made cooking easy. Access to El Poblado was straightforward, which made exploring the area a breeze. However, the balcony, although large, had just two chairs and no table, making it less enjoyable. Room service left much to be desired – no cleaning or towel changes during our three-night stay. The staff, especially the young man at the morning reception, was respectful and helpful, enhancing the stay. I'd suggest improving housekeeping and perhaps considering a better layout for the balcony area.

So, I booked a two-bedroom apartment, but only got one bed and a couch that ain't even in front of the TV. The shower was roomy, but I had to put my stuff on the floor. Did I mention no towels and the whole place smelled like a nail salon? Honestly, the location was wicked good, just a bit more care could go a long way.

The constant noise from the busy road is unbearable at night!!! Flooding during rainstorms made the floors dangerously slippery and ruined the furniture!!! The area is filled with persistent panhandlers, adding to the discomfort!!!

It was just an excellent fit for a brief retreat in Medellin with the best value for money ratio. Enjoyed the rooftop view with a cold drink after a long day. Bring your own towels since they don’t provide enough.

Totally recommend for a weekend getaway

Friendly staff, clean facilities, the room had air conditioning and a flat-screen TV for comfortable relaxation after a day of exploring nearby restaurants.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The room was spacious and had good kitchen equipment, which made cooking incredibly easy. I especially enjoyed having a large balcony space, even if it could use a few more chairs for relaxation. The location was just perfect for exploring El Poblado, with easy access to local attractions.

Towels were not replaced during my three-night stay.

The young man at the front desk was super helpful and brightened my mornings. I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the outdoor seating area with a book. Just a heads-up, the wifi hiccupped a bit during peak times but it didn’t ruin my stay. 🌞
